1. Scope of Services
USYS Technology provides enterprise IT infrastructure consulting, server hardware procurement, biometric access control, CCTV installation, Cat6/fiber structured cabling, and corporate data recovery services across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. Hardware Warranties & OEM Support
All hardware products (servers, desktops, laptops, firewall appliances, networking switches) supplied by USYS Technology carry original manufacturer (OEM) warranties. Warranty claims and component replacements are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
3. Quotations & Payments
Commercial quotes remain valid for 15 days from issuance unless specified otherwise. Online invoice payments processed via our Razorpay payment portal are subject to transaction confirmation. Tax invoices are issued upon payment completion.
4. Remote Support SLAs
Remote desktop technical assistance provided via Zoho Assist or AnyDesk is initiated upon client request. Clients must ensure proper backup of local data prior to authorized remote maintenance sessions.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
